We can't avoid the fact that we will all eventually get old and gray (at least for the time being; who knows what new developments in science and technology could bring).
We all age differently, but in the end, we're all on the same path, regardless of how affluent we are, how well we manage our diets or exercise regimens, how well we sleep, or what occupations we seek. There isn't much we can do to alter biology's inherent makeup.
Because of this, it's quite amusing that we continue to be taken aback when we observe the impacts of time. Perhaps you see someone you haven't seen in a long time and are surprised by how much they have changed. Or maybe you catch a glimpse of a childhood favorite movie star, only to discover that their young vitality has diminished and their hair has become white.
Celebrities' aging process is intriguing to see. They undergo the same changes as everyone else, but their temporal trip is documented for public viewing. From movie to movie and from red carpet event to red carpet event, their aging process is clearly obvious.
Let's change course now: who can recall Meg Foster?
Meg Foster across time
Certainly! Her powerful presence and beautiful, ice blue eyes make it difficult not to be enthralled. The American actress first appeared with Michael Douglas in Adam at 6am (1970). She then starred in a number of well-known films, including Murder, She Wrote, Bonanza, The Twilight Zone, and The Six Million Dollar Man.
Over the past 20 years, Foster's prominence in the business has decreased. She was once a rising star and a much sought-after actor. She no longer resembles the lady described as having "the eyes of 1979" by Mademoiselle magazine.
Given that she is now 76 years old, it makes sense, but it appears that many people on the internet find it difficult to appreciate how much she has changed. While some remarks are highly critical, others only emphasize how little she resembles the person she formerly was.
But we think she should be commended rather than criticized for her decision to accept aging naturally and avoid the cosmetic surgery that is so common in Hollywood.
In any case, Foster continues to work in cinema and television and is well-known for raising a range of horses on her own land.
